Description
Next to the daily management of port operations, port management includes the adaption of the institution and the organization of the port conglomerate. By means of master plans, with a long term vision, the port authorities will have to draft development plans covering several years to be adjusted when necessary. This must occur in good cooperation with the users of the port, who invest to settle in the port area for a longer period. PMC has knowledge and experience in port planning in a structured manner to tackle and to make available instruments to the port authorities to manage the processes. The implementation of financial analyses and drawing up business plans is also part of these types of assignments.
